We've emphasized a Single PPM in the past (one digit defective in a million products), but aim to accomplish Zero Defects. In addition to Single PPM and Zero Defects, we've introduced new quality system management procedures to retain the top quality products and will continue to adapt our advanced management practices to lead the industry.
